Our superbly equipped and refurbished villa stands in a beautiful garden, fully stocked with lots of different fruit trees, with all-round stunning mountain and lake views. It is easily accessible and only minutes drive from several excellent local restaurants and bars. Having cold or hot air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living room, a sun room with glass curtains, and an efficient wood burning fire in the living room we are an ideal destination for an all year round holiday, especially when you consider our high average winter temperatures and 300 days of sunshine a year. Our villa is large and comfortable. As a company Andalucian Villa Rentals are currently registering all of our villas with the Tourist Board; they will all be fully licenced and regulated by the Tourist Authority.

Our villa is large and comfortable. From the spacious hallway you are in the open-plan living area, with a dining table seating eight.

The flat screen TV with satellite reception facilities for limited British, German, French, Spanish and other European free channels, and a music centre, are in the well furnished living room area. The kitchen has all of the appliances that you expect in a luxury villa, with the laundry facility confined to a separate utility room. Across the hallway is the downstairs double bedroom with a superking bed; it is opposite the family bathroom where there is a four piece suite and a shower over the bath. The second downstairs double bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Going up the stairs you enter the luxurious master bedroom containing a Super King bed of 180cm wide and over average length. From here double doors lead to the sun terrace with those views!, and a further set of double doors lead on to a Juliet balcony. There is a large dressing room also with a Juliet balcony, and and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk in shower, and a larger than average bath, also with a shower.

Outside, the extensive parking area leads in to the well kept gardens where there are plenty of fruit trees, shrubs and flowering plants, you are welcome to pick and eat the fruit during the season. The private heated pool (9 x4 metres) is close to a covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the evening sunshine or shelter from the midday sun. Sun loungers are placed around the pool and a large barbecue is nearby.

The sun room is where outdoors and indoors merge, we have very comfortable seating for you all to relax in, and while away those golden days and evenings.

Booking Notes

Prices are in GBPs per week but can be paid in Euros at that days rate of exchange. A Rental Agreement will be emailed to you and and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date.

A complimentary welcome pack will be provided with each arrival of a week or more, and a full shop? can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €30Eu surcharge. We will require a £7GBp per person Accidental Damage Waiver, this covers accidental damage up to the cost of £150Gbp. Non-accidental damage will be dealt with locally. We offer a 5% discount for bookings on the second of two weeks or more outside the peak season.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay. Additional cleaning provided as required, subject to charge. In the price; all towels, including ones for the pool, fair usage electricity and gas

There is no smoking inside the villa, however ashtrays are provided on the terraces.

Baby equipment can be provided at extra cost, e.g. cots, highchair, car seat, buggy, sterilizer etc.

A golf club hire service is available upon request.

We are unable to accommodate pets.

We have no fixed changeover days and we will always be flexible to suit your flights and arrival times, however, when it is unavoidable, and to allow time for a proper clean; we would ask that you vacate by 10.00 and not arrive before 16.00. We have no problem with late arrivals, however, any guests scheduled to arrive at the villa between 00.01 and 07.00, there will be a €30 surcharge.

Other services;

We are able to offer extremely competitive car rental from Malaga airport, alternatively we can arrange to transfer you to the villa from the airport and the car will be delivered to your villa.  Should you arrange to collect your car at the airport, our agent will meet you, hand you the keys and you will be on your way in minutes, potentially saving you up to an hour and a half, or more, queuing at the rental desk.

We can arrange for days out that include, walking and cycling tours, boat trips, wakeboarding, sightseeing and even a flight from our local airstrip. You will be both collected and returned to your villa, allowing all of your party to fully enjoy the day.

In the immediate area you can; walk, go bird-watching, paint, or for the more energetic; mountain bike, kayak or sail on Lake Vinuela. 

Coast/Beach
One of the largest indoor shopping malls in the region, with a multiple screen cinema is only 15 minutes drive away. The mall has one of the largest supermarkets in the area with amazing local produce available. There are also numerous markets, two local 18 hole golf courses, and the nearest beaches are only 20 minutes drive away. There is an aqua park near to the shopping mall, where you can 'possibly' catch a tram to the bustling main town of Velez Malaga, and it's seaside resort of Torre del Mar, both have large and very busy markets on Thursday mornings.

Golf
There are 2 very good local golf courses, both having spectacular views as you play. Baviera is 20 minutes drive and Anoreta is 30 minutes. We have several full sets of right-handed clubs, tees and balls available for hire.

Skiing
We are about 95 minutes drive away from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, the slopes are suitable for skiers of all levels of skill and experience, but you do not have to ski to have an excellent day out. There are separate free sledging runs for the children to enjoy, with sledges for hire at a few euros. The ski village is also an excellent place to visit in the summer where mountain bikes are available to hire.

Travel
Malaga airport is only 45 minutes drive and Granada airport is just 25 minutes more, airport transfers can be arranged with an English driver who knows exactly where the villa is located. Owing to where we are, the use of a car is essential.

Distances.
There are a huge amount of things to do and places to visit. Within the immediate vicinity there are; Land Rover safaris in to the mountains, horse riding, quad biking, mountain biking, walking and hiking, bird watching, tennis and sailing, kayaking and fishing in the spectacular Lake Vinuela. Sight seeing tours can be arranged to The Alhambra Palace, Nerja and the Caves, the water park, Malaga Botanical Gardens, Malaga city, Benalmadena marina, Ronda and Gibraltar.

Further details

Alcaucin, Puente don Manuel and Lake Vinuela are all very close and have lots of superb tapas bars and restaurants offering local well cooked dishes. They have markets on different days and also all have there own 'fiestas', full of colour, flamenco and local traditions.

During the summer rarely does more than a few days pass when there is not a fiesta to be visited, celebrating; peaches, wine, grapes, raisins and not forgetting olives, basically any reason to party. Car hire can be arranged.
